Try keywords Capodimonte figural lamp. The style looks 1960s -70s to me. The fact that it says base made in Italy (in English) probably means it was made for the American market. Kitschy for sure, but they do seem to sell.
Capodimonte only refers to a general style, the real manufacturer is long gone (from what I've learned on these boards).
