I have two bowls that I can't identify - blue

I have two bowls that I can't identify. 

They are blue and approximately 1 1/2" wide and approx. 5/8" tall. They are round at the bottom.

Any help would be appreciated.

At that size, perhaps they are salt cellars.  If so, they may have been used as is, or they may have sat in holders, something like this:

Agree, salt cellar or even powdered mustard inserts,
