A pinched vase or tulip vase?

 I have this little vase, it is only about 4 3/8" tall. Pinched in at the top. Has a name and number on the bottom, but I cannot make it out because of the glaze.

Rotate that pic of the bottom 90* clockwise. I believe it says 486 on top then Germany on bottom.
