Unable to pay/check out with PayPal

Hello;

I have come to an agreement with a seller on Ebay where I would pay/purchase for items to be sent to a SECONDARY shipping address in the USA (I reside in Canada).

I have used this address before and have had previous purchases shipped to that shipping address before but for this transaction, Ebay refuses to allow me to check out and pay for the items, asking me to change the shipping address.

Both the seller and myself are baffled and are out of solutions.

Please investigate and offer possible solutions as I wish to purchase these items and have them sent to my friend in the USA as soon as possible!
