Tracking report shows inaccurate deficiency

My report about uploading tracking information has ballooned to an all time low of 89%. I am reading the report and see the cause is that 8 of the 12 deficient issues were the same thing, the sold item was mailed in a standard size letter envelope with a stamp on it. The obvious issue is all are in the "never uploaded tracking at all" column of the report. The shipping in my ad was free shipping purposely to use an envelope with stamp. How do I stop the report from dinging me on these?
