Pictures are not displayed

I am trying to relist some old listings I have in drafts. When I list them I cannot see the pictures it just shows an outline of a photo.  When I called eBay they said that they could see them and users could as well and they would call me back.  One sold today but it is so weird not to see the pictures.   

i have another call into eBay but has anyone had this problem and what is the solution
