Managed payments took fee but never credited several hundred $ payment

I had a sale on 1/31 of several hundred dollars. eBay took fee but never transferred the payment. It shows complete when I bring it up. Smaller sales afterward have transferred but not that one. When I try to find a number to call it says closed even though it’s noon est.
does anyone have a number to call.
I really do not like managed payments is there anyway out of it?
