I don't select Global shipping

I state in my description that I do not sell to anywhere but USA.  I didn't select global shipping but if I go there now it says I ship to all these countries.  I'm not equipped to send any thing to other countries with a $3.00 shipping charge.  I am getting tired of ebay trying to help when I don't want there help I am a disabled shut in and trying to sell my collection one card at a time or in lots.  I can't keep finding out after it sells or I get a bid that a buyer from another has bought it.

eBay does default your shipping t o have the GSP active. To turn it off, go to My eBay > Account tab > Site Preferences > Shipping Preferences. In that page, the Global Shipping Program is the top choice.

You will see "ENROLLED" if the GSP is active. Click the EDIT button on the far right. Choose to Opt Out. You'll be asked TWICE if you want to opt out, continue to select Opt Out. Finally, click the My eBay button to move back to your My eBay page.
