Hi. Your listing is an auction and there are no best offers on auctions. Best offer requires you select that feature when you list it as a fixed price buy in now listing. As it is an offer there is no button for you to accept.
If the high bid showing is acceptable you can end your listing leaving the bid intact and they will win for high bid showing. But any email offer made or accepted by you will not be sccepted by ebay.
