False feedback left by seller

A seller has not only left me a false positive feedback comment - saying I "never paid" when I have already paid for the item - but Ebay's system for getting it removed is apparently screwed up. When I select the item for which the feedback was left, and select that it was feedback I received, I get a message saying, "Feedback can only be changed within 30 days. Unfortunately, gabbycockatiel's feedback was left more than 30 days ago and therefore it can't be changed." And obviously I wasn't the one who left the feedback, nor was it left more than 30 days ago. Any suggestions, short of calling and waiting on hold forever?

@gabbycockatiel no, there is no way to get the false positive removed without calling eBay. Try to call during a time when the "call back" feature is enabled, so you aren't stuck on hold. I would recommend doing this for two reasons 1) it's untrue feedback and could get you blocked from sellers checking out your feedback received and 2) the seller who did this commited a policy violation and will be warned by eBay. To protect your own account, you need to do this.
