Does ebay contract for shipping a camper to my house prior to payment?

There have been several ads on Facebook Marketplace that are showing unbelievable prices on campers. Teo in particular... the one shows an 18' 2007 Airstream for $800. Too good to be true right? When you ask if its still available, you are immediately directed to contact the seller by email.  This one reports she had throat surgery and is living in Montana, though the listing showed near my house in WI. She gives a long story about her situation and that she needs to sell the trailer very soon. Another reports she is currently on the military, her husband died and she is shipping out 12/14. 

They both state they will ship the campers through eBay, at no cost. Once it gets here, you have 5 days to decide if you keep it.  Then you send the money. They ask for your name, address and phone number to get the eBay contract sent to you.

Is this a scam and would eBay get involved in something like this? I believe the listed may be a broker and have found the origination of the listing in several states.
