Cheaper postage with tracking for selected packages below 3 ounces offered by ebay

A couple of months ago ebay introduced the eBay standard envelope through eBay Labels for Trading Cards sellers, with trackable shipping on items below 3 ounces for under $1. They have expanded the shipping service to Postcards, Stamps, Coins & Paper Money
I do have a lot of items that would qualify for this weight range and most likely I would get way more buyers if I did not have to charge $3 for a package that does not weigh more than 3 ounces just to be able to get a tracking number which HAS TO BE provided to ebay to keep my POWER SELLER status.
Anyone know if ebay will offer more qualifying categories in the future?
