I purchased an item missing a part. I opened a return that buyer accepted but harrassed me over. I decided to buy the part myself instead. I closed the return..RECEIVED NO REFUND AT ALL BUT LEFT NEGATIVE FEEDACK SAYING THIS WAS MY WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE ON EBAY EVER..WHICH IT WAS. Somehow, buyer must have gotten through to an agent and lied and had my legitimate negative feedback removed. I want it reinstated. I received many emails from Ebay saying all untrue things like I received a refund, violated Ebay policies etc..all rote responses why they could not reinstate my feedback. Finally I had 2 reps say my feedback DID NOT violate Ebay policies but they could not reinstate it anyway..so now there is a lying fraudulent seller out there laughing at what she got away with..
