How do I get Ebay to remove sales tax on item I purchased that is sales tax exempt

Ebay is trying to charge me Michigan sales tax on silver coins I am purchasing. According to Michigan law, silver and gold purchases are exempt from sales tax. How do I get Ebay to either stop doing this, or to refund the amount?
