Hi, I'm shipping a book and so ebay gave me the option for media mail
which I paid 2.89, but when printing , in the online label record it
says 3.19. But I only got charged 2.89, will my buyer or the post office
charge me the remaining amount later? ...

I sold 3 sweatshirt and realized that it doesnt show "taxes ebay
collected", it just says $0.00. I checked my other sold items and they
got that charge. I've noticed this on other sites that they aren't
