Gave refund to customer after defect proved to be evident. Gave permission to keep item. But now, ebay has them as unpaid invoice. How do I fix this problem. I don't wan't customer mad at me as a seller.

Buyer has paid for item but does not want it to ship for another five days. I have 1 day shipping on my listings. How do I handle this?
