I am really not happy about this, my selling fees are 23% by ebays own
calculations, so with paypal fees up and now this, ebay is becoming less
attractive! Im not making 10's of millions of dollars like Hal
i offer free shipping, with returns, I refund the purchase price less
the original shipping, but that seems no longer to be an option either
thru ebay or paypal....now what?
