This was my first time selling an item, and I messed up a bit on the shipping. Speciifcally, I printed/paid for and then subsequently had to void 2 shipping labels. My question - will I be reimbursed for the money I spent on the 2 voided shipping lab...

How do I delete a Best Offer tag from my listing? Do I have to end my listing to do this? When I try to revise my listing, teh "Best Offer" button is greyed out and won't let me make the change.
