I bought a ballast from Lumepower. It was 11/26/2014. It worked properly
for two weeks, then, it began to flicker periodically. On 5/17/2015, it
stopped completely. I contacted the seller that day, 5/17. They have a 1
year warranty. They sent 1 bogus...
