I mailed their package out on July 05, and I received it back today, Oct
9th, with "refused" written on the package. They did not open a return
request or even email me saying that they would refuse it. What do I do?
The only way to insure payment is "buy it now" and there's a box to
check to require immediate payment.I have this happen to me a lot (for
bidders) some will way out bid others & then never pay. How are these
dead beats allowed to get away with this?
When a seller follows all the correct steps in resolving or trying to
resolve the problem (when the buyer is not cooperating) the negative
feedback they leave, because they just want to be difficult, should not
be validated with it affecting your sco...
