I made a sale today and when I went to fill out the envelope I realized
they have P.O. Box AND Address listed on their address line. Do I fill
it out this way? Do I do one or the other? I've never encountered this
before.
Had an order I needed to cancel due to the buyer being very suspicious.
So I cancelled and refunded. Now eBay is saying that the buyer didn’t
receive the refund. According to PayPal it’s been refunded on my end.
