Lost Top Seller Status..... Ebay shows sales as not being uploaded as sent on time

Hello fellow ebayers........ other than sitting on the phone waiting is there a way to resolve an issue like this? We always always always ship by next day, many times we ship same day yet out percentage has gone down. Any suggestions?
