Try contacting eBay through their social media accounts such as Facebook
or Twitter. If you DM the account, a customer service rep will respond
and set up a secure chat and you can make your case to them. I had

That's strange. I also had a buyer leave a negative a month or so after
he asked me to cancel the transaction.He had paid for it and a day later
asked for the cancellation. I also reported it, but noted in the comment
box that the buyer had requested...
It's not you. The whole system is bricked. I have the same issue. 1500
listings, but I can't see them in My Store. If I do a search for say,
Batman, I get zero results.
That has never really been an issue in the past. I have had buyers make
offers and I accepted. They did not pay and I later had to cancel the
transaction for non payment or more often they simply waited a day or so
to pay, sometimes adding more items...
