A buyer in another country bought 3 separate items from me and has requested that I merge the items into one package to save shipping costs. This was sold through the Global Shipping Program. How do I do this without creating confusion?

A buyer in Germany has paid for an item that was listed with Global Shipping services through ebay. They have requsted that I now ship this item to a friend of theirs in the USA with the intention of picking it up from them when they visit next month...
