how do i stop a sale so i can revise the item? i cant find an 'article" telling me where i can stop the sale except to end the item

seller asks me twice to leave feedback for them, but theres no link to do so. no "automated" ebay help answer.it hasnt been 60 days yet, so wheres the link?

ebays "help" system runs me in circles with articles and non-responses. is there a link to ask ebay to return the sales tax from an item not received? i got a refund from the seller, bot not the $2.62 sales tax ebay collected. tia.

shipping game of thrones sword to norway

i have a GOT sword listed properly (i think) in collectibles/replica swords and a fellow in norway has tried to buy it, twice, but is denied by ebay. is there anything i can do? ebay live chat is, of course, not available.
