Is there a setting that will let me choose my spendable funds when I
make an offer on an item? If I can't use my "spendable funds" then
what's the point of having this feature at all?
I just got another offer from eBay saying that I can get my money
instantly for 2 dollars. I think the whole idea that eBay wants to
charge us for taking the money we made on the sales that eBay has
