Many customers I have want combined shipping .They ask me to hold shipping until they are done. Sometimes this takes days and weeks to finish. Meanwhile none of these items will show tracking or shipment info. Does anyone have a solution? No response...

Can anyone tell me how shipping on time has any bearing on performace? I have many customers who want combined shipping and dont want their items shipped for up to 30 days or so. So I am docked because ebay can't figure out how to account for this.
