I won a auction and paid but seller never accepted payment so I cancelled in on paypal site. Can I get non payment mark removed

I won a auction and the seller hasn't claimed payment. I have contacted her, but no response

I made a purchase but seller hasn't accepted my payment. Why?

When I am looking to buy something once I click on a item than want to return to list it goes to the bottom of page instead of where I was lookin, than I have to scroll up to try to find where I was. Can this be changed
