I had an order go missing..her post office left a note for her to contact them... she wanted me to refund... I added tracking. Ebay closed the case in my favor... lost package came back to me.... now what do I do ???

I've been sellin on Ebay sense 01-10-01... what they done is really dumb... Buyers can not see my descriptions and measurements because Ebay has in place the extra button they have to click to view the full auctions... THE BUYERS ARE NOT USING IT !!!...
