ebay just gave a costumer a double refund ?????

this new payment system is messed up, customer asked for a return on something they just bought and I haven't even shipped it yet, so i went a head and refunded them and now e-bay doubled the refund amount THIS IS SO MESSED UP ITS ISNT EVEN FUNNY !!

Ok so a guy bought 2 of one of my items shipping is 21 bucks to ship one, the item is big so I cant combine shipping on it, I have to ship each one by them self, anyways eBay only charged the guy 21 bucks for shipping and it should of been 42 bucks ?...

when I set a listing to 5 day ship and then go look at the listing it is saying more then 31 days ????
