I love the app, but it says 'OFFER CANNOT BE SUBMITTED' on one item for
several days now...but the item doesn't disappear. Stays there. A
customer made an offer on these earrings several days ago, but they
remain there anyway. HOW CAN I GET THIS ITEM...
