That does factor in, but my sales dropped way before these catastrophes.
I lost my top seller status way back in March, because of slow sales.
Now they are almost non-existent. Most of my items get 1 or 2 views in

I have also done all of the things you mentioned. Some of my items are
even priced lower than what others are selling theirs for, and still no
sales. Very, very discouraging. I have tried promotions and still no
sales. Not sure what to do.
