Hello! I didn't received item for quite a while and opened "item not
received" request. Seller promises to refund, but doesn't actually do
that. It's impossible to work things out and I want to escalate this
request and ask ebay to step in. How to do...
I'm not able to escalate "item not received" request in "Ask us to step
in" section. When I select reason, include details and press "ask us to
step in" ebay gives me message "Oops, we had a technical hiccup".What to
do??
