So now my fixed price listings will be automatically relisted even if I didn't choose that option. Do I need to cancel the listing before 30 days if an item doesn't sell to avoid it getting relisted by ebay?

Someone bid on their own auction to avoid selling the item at a lower price. Is this allowed?
