Hello! Recently I had an unhappy customer who wanted to return a Lego
set from me that they purchased recently. Turns out they were not
satisfied with the Lego set and requested a return because they said
that the set was missing various pieces, even...
So I got my money back and everything was resolved. It’s ridiculous the
buyer gets to keep the money and the item because now he made 800
dollars off of me. Pretty much means anyone can commit fraud and get
away with it. Sad..
So I finally stirred the Ebay Pot enough and got Ebay's attention. Got a
customer service email which allowed me to sign a few documents and
confirm that I never received my item back from the buyer. May be
finally receiving my refund from the appeal...
