I would like to know how to turn off automatic checkout.I have time differences and it is impossible to edit my details in 1 hour.

I have not received an item yet for almost 3 months.So I reported the item I didn't receive to eBay but eBay determined that I won't receive a refund and closeed the case. I think becasue there is a tracking number.How many months do I have to wait f...
