I have a major issue with this change. I just talked to customer
service, who wrote up something, but I really hope this can be adjusted.
He told me he only became aware of this change about 2 weeks ago! I even
talked to an eBay rep several weeks ago...

31st, the buyer was shown $24.62 but but during checkout was charged
$35.70, and when he noticed the charge a few days later is very upset,
as anyone would be if they are shown ...
