I am so angry at Ebay right now. I had a Buyer who purchased an item,
then sent me an email stating that she had purchased the wrong item. She
clicked too fast to secure the deal and it isn't what she wanted. I told
her I had a no return policy but i...
Doesn't matter that I responded immediately. Doesn't matter that the
Buyer blantantly lied. Doesn't matter that the item was returned opened
(and not nicely). None of it matters. I have found out that Ebay is
always going to side with the Buyer.
I guess alot of things have changed. I just talked with a couple of
folks today that I know sold on Ebay. They both quit, citing high fee's
and even higher hassels, lol. Thanks for the info.
Honestly, the pictures could not have been more clear on exactly what
the item was. The Buyer said she was in such a hurry to get the price
locked in that she didn't pay attention to what she was buying. I did
immediately let Ebay know everything and...
I had already shipped the item to the person and they had received it. I
even told her that I would take it back despite a no return policy but
that she would be responsible for the cost to ship it back but she
didn't want to pay for that.
