Is anyone else trying to refund returned items and getting the "(exclamation) the refund you sent did'nt go through" ???I can't refund via paypal either.. the funds are held as per usual and usually release with 'refund the buyer' ....Any ideas??

Anybody know why eBay refuses to remove fraudulent sellers? Apart from the obvious fact that they dont care and are taking scammers money while hurting legitimate sellers? A bit of background, I am an opal miner/dealer/jeweller/ebayer of about 14 yea...
