I have tried many times but I no longer set shipping options when creating a new listing (see screenshot below). I do not have any shipping policies set up or any business policies relating to shipping. How can I get it back?

Well, I finally figured it out myself I was opted in to Business Policies. Once I opted out, I was able to set everything manually again. Phew.

The "See Shipping Options" has disappeared from my screen when creating a new listing. What am I doing wrong?
