I have everything old school on paper with all Profit/Loss/Fee/Shipping
for each order. I'm wanting to avoid entering 350 sales one at a time.

The buyer has requested a return on a Part that states "Seller does not
accept returns" the reason was the buyer "Ordered by mistake". Is it
best to notify the buyer that return will be closed or just decline the

Your Right, that was my first thought! I'm kinda new here, Just let the
next Seller deal with the same problem. The Buyer ordered the wrong part
so, I will get back a used $90.00 paper weight.
