I just noticed that I have the same problem with my listings with inch
symbol ( " ) showing as İ in the titles. How to contact eBay and let
them know the issue?
I also have the message displayed: "Please be aware that USPS is
experiencing issues at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience
and if affected, ask that you try again later." But I can still print
shipping labels. Don't know how to contact eB...
