Pictures that you upload /save in the return request won’t show up after
you save them. There is no option to respond like in writing not just
approving and sending label to the request so it shows rebuttal to what
buyer wrote.
Buyer claims “wrong item sent” while they receive exactly what is
pictured and described. They further state in the explanation that they
need different part number for their car. Buyer has 1 feedback that I
left it looks like some revenge or attempt...

True. But when ebay starts bugging buyers for feedback they open pandora
box. So i am not sure what is best ebay should or should not remind
about feedbacks.

for parts but they can be refurbished and I know that there are people
