Is there a way to see how many listings we did Per month?

I have UK buyers looking at my store, once they go to check out it says we do not ship to there address ...... I have the UK selected as a location.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you CBC

is there a way to add combine shipping to ALL of my listings? It seams that some of are listing don't Combine and only charge one fee. thank you for your help

A buyer asked for a return on a listing we have, which is a volume listing with 5 in stock, we said no problem they are now saying that the item they got is not the same as the one in the listing........... and they want us to pay for S&H for the ret...
