sales tax on foreign items

So bought an item that came from Peru. Ebay charges me like 9% sales tax even tho the seller does not charge sales tax. Effin ripoff since that now goes directly to ebay. Crooks!!!

zero insertion fees

What is this rip off? There is supposed to be 50 listings a month with zero insertion fees. Yet today I post my 40th for sale and there is an insertion fee charged.
