Is USPS flagging international buyers? I checked all my international
orders that uses GSP. Under 'See buyer address' on Shipping Information
(Order Details). All of the previous/past buyers' address has "Don’t

The shipping calculator during listing of the item did not show PR on
the list. But entering a zip code from PR will remove courier services
that is not usable to ship to PR (like FedEx Home/Ground and UPS Ground
are removed from the selection).
I have not since PR customers almost always use USPS. And transactions
from PR has always been buttery smooth. I did not expect for any the
sale shipping to PR to go through even though offered shipping service
is only FedEx Home/Ground and UPS Groun...
