A quick update: I have received the phones back and I was able to charge
the buyer a $30 restocking fee because they removed the plastic from the

Not sure. They were brand new, no security apps installed, maybe

Yep thats what I did. I am scared out of my mind though... I told him I
am waiving my 5% restocking fee and just send the items back but incase
there are scratches the refund issued will be 5% less. I hope it works
