Did anyone else notice the latest ebay bonus of 10% additional bucks
emailed out today, 12/26/18, was advertised until the ball drops
(assuming midnight 12/31); yet, when you sign-up for the bonus you are
informed it expires 12/27/18 Midnight?
Please help me to ID the maker of this glass chalice. It is painted
(partially) white glass about 4" tall. It has a blue stamped mark that
is blurry in-real-life. I have made a drawing of the mark as I read it.

NOW...to address the original question. My neighborhood has a long wall
that has been decorated with pieces of ceramic and glass that look just
like your piece. I would call this COMMUNITY ART PROJECT, CERAMIC STYLE.
