The seller sold my item and stated to me he sold it to someone else. He

The silver content of an item is based on a scale of zero to 1,000. The
800 means 80 percent silver and 20 percent some other metal or alloy, by

It is some sort of kewpie doll. Possibly a homemade one or japanese
version of one. I would look for markings around the neck or on the back
of the doll. I posted a picture of a rubber kewpie doll. This is how
they are usually known.
