Hi.I sent a item to a buyer and he claims he never got it. Like a fool I did not add tracking so I have to believe him and refund the payment. How do I go about getting a refund for the selling fee?
I went to list an item and a message poped up saying I was using another computer which I was not.Anyone know why this happened?
